Norcross, GA, October 19, 2007 -- Ternary Software was one of seven companies honored with the 2007 International Spirit at Work Award, hosted by the International Center for Spirit at Work.
Ternary was honored at the sixth annual International Spirit at Work Award Ceremony for its organizational practice of Holacracy in the workplace. Other honorees of the International Spirit at Work Award include other notable companies like Tyson Foods, The Body Shop, and Centura Health.
The International Spirit at Work Award was inspired by the late visionary futurist Willis Harman, PhD (1919-1997). Four groups “co-own” and “co-organize” the Award: The Association for Spirit at Work (www.spiritatwork.org ); the Spirit in Business Institute (www.spiritinbusiness.org); The World Business Academy (www.worldbusiness.org) and the European Bahá’í Business Forum (www.ebbf.org). The International Center for Spirit at Work (ICSW) is a worldwide non-profit organization for people who are integrating spiritual values, such as kindness, compassion and integrity, in the workplace. For more information, visit the ICSW website at www.spiritatwork.org.
