Ternary's Staff Speak at Agile 2007 International Conference

Exton, PA, August 13, 2007 -- Agile 2007, held from August 13 – 17 in Minneapolis, and the schedule was packed with research papers, educators’ symposium, experience reports, discovery sessions, tutorials and hands-on sessions. Ternary Software of Exton, a regional Agile pioneer, had three of its leaders selected to present:

Alexia Bowers, co-founder and COO, Brian Robertson, founder and CEO, and Wade Lee, Director of Business Development, of Ternary Software, presented “Customer Communication Boot Camp: What the Customer is Thinking, But Not Saying.” In this three and a half hour tutorial, participants were given an opportunity to practice customer communications in meeting simulations and activities. Additionally, Alexia, Brian, and Wade discussed common mistakes in meetings with customers, and techniques that can improve the quality of interactions.

The annual Agile conference is presented by The Agile Alliance, a non-profit organization that supports individuals and organizations who use Agile approaches to develop software.
