Exton, PA, March 19, 2007 -- Two of Ternary Software's staff, CEO, Brian Robertson, and Senior Architect, Gareth Powell were invited to speak on several topics at the 2007 Software Development Conference, March 19-23rd in Santa Clara, CA. They spoke on two topics:

Brian Robertson presented “Extreme Hiring: A Radical new Approach for Finding the Best Programmers.” Brian explained how traditional approaches to hiring do not reliably find the best programmers - those with talent, intelligence, and passion for programming. Brian Robertson and Gareth Powell presented “Learning from Failure.” Brian and Gareth discuss real-world case studies that had aspects that failed.
