We’re not just teachers — we do this for a living!
We stumbled upon the InsideAgile concept quite accidentally. A client asked to have one of their developers work as part of our team on an outsourced project. The project was a success, but the after-effects were truly amazing. The developer went back into his own company and transformed their development process, smoothly and easily. He used the toolbox of advanced techniques he learned from his hands-on experience working on our high-performance lean team.
